General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Description of Services
Worry-Free Paraguay offers comprehensive immigration assistance, including assistance with applying for the Cedula and residency permit in Paraguay. In addition, other services such as transport services, assistance with opening bank accounts and real estate brokerage are offered.

2. Conclusion of contract
A contract is concluded as soon as the customer receives written confirmation and payment has been made in full.

3. Prices and payment terms
Immigration assistance is offered at a price of 1500 to 1850 euros, depending on the desired processing time. Payment can be made via PayPal, Klarna, bank transfer or in cash.

4. Cancellation and right of withdrawal
Once a payment has been made for one of our services, cancellation or refund is not possible.

5. Performance changes and adjustments
Sorgenfrei Paraguay reserves the right to make adjustments to the services offered should this be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure or legal changes.

6. Liability
Sorgenfrei Paraguay is not liable for delays caused by external authorities or partners. Since we have no direct influence on the processing times of the authorities or the work of our partners, we assume no responsibility for any resulting delays.

7. Obligations of the Customer
The customer is obliged to provide accurate and complete information and to adhere to agreed deadlines in order to ensure smooth execution of the services.

We are committed to treating customers' personal data confidentially in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Details can be found in our privacy policy.

9. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Paraguayan law applies.
